This is what 40 looks like.

First up, breakfast out with friends.


Then afternoon tea at the gorgeous Midland Hotel. Starting when the sun is crisp and wintry...


and ending when it's almost gone.


Then some laughing at a comedy gig with Mr Coffee.

So, 40. Not quite so horrific after all.

  15. Don't listen to them - turning 40 is fabulous! You can still party with the best of them. Shimmy into that little black dress and put on your best killer heels. Now throw that blanket over your head and no one will know any different.

  16. I am 39 today! 40 next year & by God I hope to have life settled down by then,this years been horrendous & marvelous in equal measures,hey tho'thats life isnt it!
