Good habits

Last year I walked every day. It was important because I was Getting Back to Health.

But then I got back to health, I got busy, and I got out of the habit.

Spring is coming up around me and I feel sluggish and wintry. It's time to get back out there again.


  1. Tramp tramp tramp - it feels good doesn't it?

  2. I feel sluggish, too.

    It may have something to do with the bag of chocolate Riesen I've been eating all day long.

    Or maybe not. Who knows?

  3. Definitely time to get moving again!

  4. I feel sluggish and wintry too. Be right over to stride out with you...(is a stop for a mocha part of the plan?)
