I'm not sure this would go down well at the Paralympics

An egg and spoon race won by a child in a wheelchair, being pushed along by a teaching assistant, and carrying an egg which is sellotaped to a spoon.

Go Eldest Latte! Go! Go! Go!

  1. It sounds like the kind of egg and spoon race I might do well in. Maybe . . .

  3. Most excellent!

Mine came last in the potato and spoon race (takes after her mother, that one) but she was full of smiles as she was the only one who didn't drop her spud. That's my girl!

  6. My youngest has been stealing blu-tac in preparation for his sports day next week. I'd like to think he's not devoius enough for such forethough, but it seems he is...

    Go Latte!

  7. Hang on, I thought eggs were banned by H & S - we had to use pototoes!

I was always chief drum-banger at sports day - it distracts from the copious amount of cheating...

  8. Awwww! Way to go, Eldest Latte! I remember how proud I was when Olive broke a board that had been sawed in half, then taped back together.
